1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Free PDF FAX — our online PDF toolkit (conversion, OCR, e-signature, data extraction and related tools) and cloud fax service. By accessing or using the service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Contracting entity

The entity you contract with depends on where you are located:

• Customers in India: your contract is with Zoa Zone Services Pvt Ltd, 376, G3, Road No 82, Film Nagar, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana 500096, India. Payments in INR are processed securely via Cashfree Payments. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
• Customers outside India: your contract is with Zoa Zone Services LLC, 1770 Grand Concourse 12A, Bronx, NY 10457, USA. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

3. The service

Free PDF FAX provides free and paid online document tools, plus cloud fax transmission to numbers worldwide. Free tools are subject to daily usage limits; paid plans remove those limits and add fax capacity as described on our Pricing page. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

4. Payments

Prices are shown on the Pricing page. For Indian customers, prices are shown in INR (₹) and payments in INR are processed securely via Cashfree Payments; GST as applicable under Indian law is added at checkout. For customers outside India, payments are processed in US dollars.

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment authorisations (UPI AutoPay, eNACH, or card mandate) for recurring charges.

5. Subscriptions, auto-renewal and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Renewals are collected using the mandate authorisation you set up at purchase (UPI AutoPay, eNACH, or a card mandate).

• You may cancel anytime from your account settings.
• Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep access until the period you have already paid for expires, and no further charges are made.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to send or process:

• unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent content;
• unsolicited bulk faxes or spam transmissions of any kind;
• content that infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

You retain full legal responsibility for all documents you process or dispatch. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Your content

You own the documents you upload. We process them solely to provide the service you requested, delete them from our servers within one hour of processing, and never use them to train third-party models.

8. Intellectual property

The Free PDF FAX name, interface and platform are owned by the applicable contracting entity above. You may not copy, resell, or white-label the platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Free PDF FAX and the applicable contracting entity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or carrier-related transmission failures regarding cloud fax deliveries, or for any loss of data beyond the retention windows described in our Privacy Policy. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

For customers in India: governed by the laws of India, courts at Hyderabad, Telangana. For customers outside India: governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
