How fax credits work
A credit is one page, so you always know what a fax will cost before you send it.

- 3 credits per page — overseas carriers charge more.
- Failed faxes
- Refunded automatically. A fax that did not arrive costs nothing.
Every fax gets an emailed delivery receipt confirming whether the receiving machine accepted it, how many pages went through, and the transmission ID. Pro plans add a downloadable transmission certificate.
