Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital service — no physical shipping
Free PDF FAX is an entirely digital service. Every product we sell — plan subscriptions, fax credit packs and digital goods — is delivered online through your account. There is no physical product and therefore no physical shipping, freight, or delivery charges of any kind.
2. Delivery timing
Instant activation
Plan subscriptions and credit packs become active in your account immediately after successful payment.
Payment confirmation
A payment confirmation is sent to the email address on your account as soon as the transaction completes.
If a payment succeeds but your plan or credits do not appear within a few minutes, sign out and back in to refresh your entitlement, then contact care@zoazoneservices.com and we will activate it manually.
3. Fax delivery
For cloud fax transmissions, delivery means the receiving fax machine accepting your document. Every fax is followed by an emailed delivery receipt confirming whether it was accepted. Credits for faxes that fail to deliver are refunded automatically — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
